  • Access: Access to raw diagnostic data is restricted to me personally; I do not use external virtual assistants or third-party contractors to process these results without your explicit consent.

  • Improvement: I may use de-identified data (where your name and business cannot be identified) to improve my diagnostic tools over time.

 

How information is stored and transferred

Information is stored securely using reputable third-party systems, including:

  • Wix: My website hosting and form provider.

  • Professional Tools: Standard email and scheduling software.

Cross-Border Disclosure: As this website is hosted on the Wix platform, your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage and general applications on secure servers behind a firewall. You acknowledge that these servers may be located outside of Australia (such as in the US, Ireland, or Israel).

 

Sharing of information

I do not share personal information with third parties except where:

  • Required by law.

  • Necessary to provide core services (e.g. email delivery).
